I’ve been practicing Yoga for over 10 years and its a large and wonderful part of my life. But for me it was only when I became pregnant and stated doing pregnancy yoga, that I experienced the true gifts of yoga. I had the most happy and carefree pregnancy as i used yoga to help me achieve physical and emotional well-being and calm.

I then carried on doing yoga with my son, Freddie from 6 weeks and yoga again taught me how to deal with and enjoy this new adventure, presenting itself as a joint experience and highlighting the realities of motherhood. These challenges I still deal with every day and I use my learning’s from yoga to help me through these.

I just knew I had to teach and share the amazing gift of Yoga at this point. It was the sharing of this gift that I focused on throughout my teacher training and the desire for other ladies to have the experiences i have had.
