Class Details

You can choose from a Return to Fitness course of six sessions of private training where postural corrections, day to day help for your home activities, and insight into your beginners steps back to fitness are all covered.

OR join in classes Tuesdays, and Thursdays mornings and evenings with baby. come by yourself or book the studio with a friend.

Description

Returning to your favourite fitness classes post birth can be daunting. Heidi offers the beginning steps to help guide you back! From as early as 6 to 10 weeks post birth with special focus on abdominal separation (diastasis) and educates you on the DO’s and DO NOT’s so you leave feeling refreshed and energised. Babies welcome too.
