Exercising when pregnant can also increase recovery time after birth and core training will help support your growing baby.

After giving birth, new mum’s want to get back into shape and there’s no better way than exercising!  Your body will be going through lots of changes and it’s a time when support and expert advice is vital.

Specific exercises will help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles along with progressive tummy exercises (core training) both weakened by pregnancy. Your posture may have been affected and you may be suffering with muscular imbalances which a specialist training programme will help correct.
