Full Description

Pregnancy Yoga is recommended from 14 weeks onwards. Adapted flowing sequences, postural adjustments, yoga for flexibility strength and stamina, artner stretching, deep breathing and relaxation techniques, birth preparation and support for each stage of pregnancy.

This class is suitable for those new to yoga and those experienced at yoga as well.

Classes are on a Sunday afternoon in Golders Green.
