Description

Open from May to September, Crockford Bridge Farm grows more than 20 different crops of fruit and vegetables on its 75 acres. The PYO season starts with rhubarb and asparagus and in June has abundant crops of strawberries and raspberries that the farm is renowned for. Several varieties of strawberries are grown consecutively to ensure summer long supplies, from June to September. The raspberries also have a  long cropping season and are available until the first frosts. ’Picking Your Own’ enables you to select the best quality produce at its peak to ensure its freshness and high vitamin content.

‘Picking Your Own’ enables you to select the best quality produce at its peak to ensure its freshness and high vitamin content.
Pick your own is a great day out, you can bring your children along and show them where their food comes from. It’s both fun and educational. Why not fill up your freezer with your favourite crops? You’ll find that its cheaper too!

Crockford Bridge Farm Surrey uses ‘integrated crop management’, a system which promotes alternative methods, such as encouraging natural predators to control the bugs which attack crops, in place of dependence on agrichemicals like insecticides and herbicides.
